Wheelhouse41 ships orders daily excluding Sundays. The cost of domestic Thailand shipping and handling services is dependent on the total packed size and shipping weight and will be calculated at checkout for domestic orders. The tracking number will be sent to the customer after the shipment has been picked up by the third-party courier. Delivery usually takes 1-2 days for metropolitan areas and 1-3 days for non-metropolitan areas from when the order has been shipped.

International shipping is available via EMS with tracking. EMS shipping is automatically calculated at checkout once the delivery address has been filled in. If your country is not available, please contact us for shipping quotes.

For large items (complete bikes, frames etc), international ground forwarding services are recommended for Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Laos, Vietnam, Cambodia and Myanmar. Forwarders can assist in border crossing, tax and local delivery in your country at reasonable prices. Please note domestic shipping cost to the forwarder in Thailand still applies.

Orders are generally shipped the same day if the finalised orders are made before 14:00 (GMT+7) =, otherwise, orders will be shipped the following day. Requests such as custom-assembled parts (eg. custom-built wheels, custom-built bikes) or modified parts carried by us as specified by the customer (eg. cut handlebars, cut fork steerer tube, cut chains or assembled parts) will require extra time. Customers will be notified of the estimated time required.
